Homewood Men's Community Group

The Homewood Men's group was formed in 2013 under the leadership of Mike Barnett, the owner of Alabama Gaslight and Grill. Mike was interested in developing a community group where men interested in discovering more about the Bible and how its teachings might impact one's day to day living in today's culture.

This community group is built around the study of a book of the Bible in a casual and open discussion format. The hope is that those attending will simply have a willingness to give an honest consideration of the teachings of the Bible. There are no particular belief requirements one must have in order to attend. As Mike is fond of saying, "Whether you consider yourself a "saint" or a "sinner" you are welcome to join us.
